Shipping Fees

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). No minimum order value is required to enjoy this benefit.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event of a delivery issue:

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, re-delivery may require additional coordination.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to us, we will reach out to you to confirm your address. Re-shipping may take an additional 5–7 business days.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.
