Refund and Returns Policy

At DREAMWAVE INSPIRE SDN. BHD., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with the snacks you receive, we offer a straightforward and transparent return and refund policy to ensure your experience remains smooth and stress-free.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change or orders are placed by mistake. That’s why we allow order cancellations within 12 hours of your purchase.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at dreamwave_inspire@outlook.com within the 12-hour window with your order number and a brief note.
  • If your order is successfully cancelled within the timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.


Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be submitted via email to dreamwave_inspire@outlook.com, including your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will only be issued for the items returned in acceptable condition.
  • We do not deduct any fees from your refund.

Non-Returnable Situations

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • The item has been opened, used, or is not in its original condition.
  • The request is made after the 30-day return window.
  • The product was purchased during a clearance or promotional sale that specifically stated “final sale”.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong items, please contact us at dreamwave_inspire@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.

  • Kindly include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
  • We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
